Stupidity Test by AvanVision

Stupidity Test (the “Service”) is a novelty digital product operated by AvanVision (the “Operator”). You pay a flat per-currency fee (typically the equivalent of $2 USD) and receive a personalized digital certificate (PNG + PDF) with a deterministic 1–99 Stupidity Score.
It is intended as humor and self-deprecating entertainment. It is not a psychological assessment, IQ test, or medical diagnosis.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. This is attested by you at checkout via a three-step age and waiver flow.
Each purchase is one-time. There is no recurring billing, no subscription, no auto-renewal.
All sales are final, except where statutory consumer rights apply. We honor:
Genuine duplicate-charge issues, technical-failure non-deliveries, and other defects are honored as a matter of policy. Contact /contact first; we respond within 5 business days.
The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (and subject to non-excludable consumer guarantees), we make no warranty of fitness, accuracy, psychological validity, or that the certificate will hold any particular meaning to its recipient.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (and subject to non-excludable consumer guarantees), our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms purports to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under your local consumer law.

We may revoke certificates issued in violation of these rules.
The Service’s design, copy, code, and brand are owned by AvanVision. Your certificate is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use; you may share it freely on social media and print it for personal display.
We may suspend or revoke a certificate at our discretion in cases of abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or violation of these Terms. Revoked certificates return HTTP 410 Gone at their public URL.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes should first be raised at /contact. If unresolved, consumers may also use their local consumer dispute resolution body. The choice of governing law does not deprive you of statutory protections in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
